College or University Should Offer More Career Courses
Currently, many recent college graduates are unemployed. Quite a few of graduates contend that there are few jobs comparable to their education. In this respect, I definitely agree with that university should offer its students more career-based courses they will need for specific career and jobs before they start working.
First up, university and college are responsible for setting up career-related courses for its students. For many young students, who exactly know what vocation is appropriate for them, good specific career preparation is their main purpose to attend their desirable university. Trade Schools Are a Great Alternative to College
Every year, thousands of high school students make the decision to attend a college or university. Some do it because that is the path they must take in order to reach their career goals. This includes people like prospective doctors, lawyers and even teachers. Then, there are those who make this decision, because they don’t know of any other alternatives. So, they end up going to college, even though that may not be the best option for them. The good news is that there actually is another great choice and that is trade schools. Not only are they are a good alternative, but they provide a number of benefits.
One of the benefits that trade schools provide is their affordability. Of course, they aren’t usually free. However, compared to the average college or university they are quite affordable. Some people may even be able to attend without having to take out any loans. All they may have to do is save up for a few months to a year and they might be able to pay an entire year’s tuition. This isn’t to say that this will be able to happen for everyone, but it is definitely a possibility.
As previously mentioned, college isn’t for everyone. So, another thing that trade schools do is provide good career opportunities for people who may not desire to go to a regular college in the first place. By having a suitable alternative, it prevents people form wasting four years of their time, failing classes, basically giving away their money and getting in debt unnecessarily.

Whether you are 18 and graduating high school or 55 and going back for an advanced degree; this is a very important decision. Some factors may be more important than others. Depending on your age, lifestyle, degree you’re seeking, and whether you want to do an online or on campus program there are many things to consider before enrolling in school. You also need to take into consideration the entrance requirements. Of course everyone would like to have a degree from Harvard, but obviously that is not feasible for some. Many weigh their options and build an excel spreadsheet consisting of pros and cons of different schools. This is a good idea if you are researching many schools. The next step is to apply to your top five. If your get accepted to more than one school you have to look back at your spreadsheet and decide what the best choice is.
